Ιστοσελίδα του εξωτερικού καταγράφει τα πιο δημοφιλή passwords ανάμεσα στους λογαριασμούς της υπηρεσίας LinkedIn που «έσπασε» μετά από επίθεση hackers την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα. Για όσους δεν γνωρίζουν, μέρος της βάσης δεδομένων των χρηστών (πάνω από 6.5 εκ.) έπεσε στα χέρια τρίτων μετά από ηλεκτρονική επίθεση και κατόπιν αυτής της ενέργειας, κωδικοί καιusernames βρήκαν το δρόμο προς τα PCs τους.
Όπως σημειώνεται, η λέξη “Link” ήταν η πιο δημοφιλής που είχε δοθεί ως κωδικός με τα “1234”, “jesus” και “work” να ακολουθούν. Δημοφιλείς αναδείχτηκαν ακόμη οι λέξεις “connect”, “dragon”, “god”, “fuck”, “soccer”, “god”, “monkey” και “killer”. Αναλυτικά το top 30 των λέξεων έχει ως εξής:
